About Slow Control
These past decades have changed the relationship with food: busy schedules, new lifestyles, processed food is now our daily life.
Our body, our brain, our reflexes, which have been built very slowly over thousands of centuries of evolution, meet a real challenge to adapt to this brutal change of environment.
For the subject of slow eating, Slow Control aims to help cope with this difficult time of change, which is a first step towards healthy eating habits.
If you adopt this approach, it will also be a way to help your brain connect to your feelings, to the signals of your body, to develop more awareness of the act of eating.

With less food consumed at the end of the day, it’s each and everybody’s little contribution to relieve the pressure of the planet.
